Their Memories Often Got Entwined

This is the third painting in my twin series. I still have some tinkering to do with it but it's mostly finished. Growing up with someone from birth and doing almost everything together tends to make memories entwined and a bit hard to decipher which memory is which. We've laughed through the years about who did what. Our parents have been able to help (or photographs or videos) but not always. Sometimes we concede to each other and sometimes we just leave that memory well enough alone. But I'm thankful to have shared so many moments and memories with my sister that I don't mind if she steals one of mine now and again. :D

Ever had a friend or family member you entwined a memory with?

No mixed up memories here...I am the youngest of six and there is 7 years between me and the next up.

  4. Love this idea of entangled memories! I feel that way with my sister sometimes and there's a four year difference there, so I am sure that it's amazing with a twin!

    1. That makes total sense to me. I think any two people close in age or friendship could have this happen. :)

  6. I love this, great title! I haven't had many entangled memories, but my husband has them all the time with his brother. Our family joke is that he always remembers a particular story extremely different than his brother.
